About The Senators Club
The Senators Club was formed at The Catholic University of America in 1923 by a group of largely commuter students in the then School of Engineering and Architecture. Over the years, the club’s membership has grown to include graduates from all schools of the university and, of course, both women and men. Washingtonian magazine named many Senators Club alumni in their article on the builders of Washington — those men and their companies that were the architects, engineers and builders of some of DC’s most revered structures. The Senators Club is Catholic University’s oldest and most prestigious alumni group. Today, the club’s alumni includes more than 250 former members and other alumni who share the group’s goals.
