  Request a Transcript
An official Catholic University of America transcript is a complete record of a student's enrollment at the University, including all undergraduate, graduate, and professional courses. Transcripts can be requested online or in writing by contacting the Office of Enrollment Services. Note: All transcript requests are handled by the Office of Enrollment Services.   Request a Yearbook
The Office of Alumni Relations has an expansive collection of CUA yearbooks dating all the way back to the late 19th century. Alumni may request a copy of their class yearbook for the cost of $5. Quantitie for specific years are limited; please contact the Alumni office to confirm that your year is available. To do so, email or call 800-288-ALUM (2586).

  Request a Replacement Diploma
Requests for issuance of replacement diplomas will be honored only upon submission by the student of a notarized statement that the original has been lost, stolen or destroyed. All requests are handled by the Office of Enrollment Services. To learn more, click here.
