REUNIONS 2014: FOURS AND NINES
If your class year ends in a 4 or 9, next year is your reunion year! Reunion committee volunteers are needed to help plan and promote your class reunion. If you are interested in being on your reunion committee, please contact Mike Minetti at minetti@cua.edu. Next year's Homecoming and Reunions Weekend will take place Oct. 17-19, 2014.

THANK YOU TO ALL GOLDEN CARDINALS
A big thank you to all the Golden Cardinals who brought toiletries and knitted items to the Senators Club Luncheon on Nov. 14. The items were mailed to Father John Adams, S.T.B. 1968, at S.O.M.E. for the homeless men and women who use the facility. Special thanks to Jan Fuller, B.A. 1959, Tina Yannarell, B.S.N. 1958, and Jane Tseronis, B.A. 1959, for the lovely hats and gloves.

ALUMNI GRANT DEADLINE FOR REGULAR ADMISSION
CUA alumni may nominate entering freshmen or transfer students for a $1,000 alumni award renewable for up to four years. Completed Alumni Grant Recommendation Forms must be submitted with the Undergraduate Application for Admission by Feb. 15. Click here for the form. BASKETBALL GAMEBREAK: CUA VS. MORAVIAN -- JAN. 18
Cheer on the Cardinals men's and women's basketball teams, Saturday, Jan. 18, 4 p.m., at the Raymond A. DuFour Athletic Center. Then, between the men's and women's games, enjoy a gathering in the Hall of Fame area on the DuFour Center's second floor. For more information and to register, click here.

GET READY FOR FAMILY BINGO -- JAN. 25
Saturday, Jan. 25, from 5 to 8 p.m., in the Food Court of the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center. $10 for adults, $7 for children ages 5 through 12 and $4 for children 4 and under. PRE-PERFORMANCE ALUMNI RECEPTION AND PERFORMANCE OF GODSPELL -- FEB. 28
Alumni, family and friends are invited to campus to enjoy the popular 1971 musical based on the Gospel of St. Matthew, Godspell. Performed in intimate Ward Music Hall at 7:30 p.m., these tickets will go fast! An alumni reception will precede the performance at 6 p.m. Bring your family! HUBEN NAMED MCINERNEY ANNUAL FUND SCHOLAR
Sophomore philosophy major Christopher Huben is the first of two McInerney Annual Fund Scholars recipients. The fund enables a student to receive additional assistance that financial aid does not cover. To learn more, click here.

ATHLETICS HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY AND LUNCHEON -- FEB. 1
All alumni are invited to join the Catholic University Alumni Association and the Department of Athletics for the Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Luncheon on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at noon in the Edward J. FIELD HOCKEY PLAYERS NAMED ALL-AMERICANS
On Monday, Dec. 2, Longstreth/NFHCA announced the 2013 All-American Teams to which Megan Comunale and Maura Campbell have been named as Second Team All-Americans. To read more, click here.

CUA INSTITUTE APPOINTS FORMER AMBASSADOR AS FELLOW
The Institute for Policy Research and Catholic Studies (IPR) of The Catholic University of America announced on Dec. 3 that Suzan Johnson Cook, former United States Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom, will serve a one-year appointment as a distinguished visiting fellow at IPR.
