9/11 DAY OF SERVICE
Today the nation pauses to remember the tragic events that unfolded 12 years ago. On Saturday, CUA will honor the victims and heroes of 9/11 with a day of service. Students, faculty, staff, and alumni are invited to participate. To learn more, click here.

CARDINAL KICKOFF -- SEPT. 20
Kick off the Cardinal football season with the Alumni Association on Friday, Sept. 20, at 7 p.m., as the Cardinal football team takes on the Tartans of Carnegie Mellon University at Cardinal Stadium. To register, click here.

SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY AND RELIGIOUS STUDIES DEAN'S VESPERS -- SEPT. 26

Join the Alumni Association and fellow SoCal alumni for an evening with CUA Trustee Tim Busch on Tuesday, Oct. 29, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, Calif., hosted by Mr. Busch, CEO of The Busch Firm. KEARNEY SIGNS PRO CONTRACT
CUA alumnus Chris Kearney, B.S.B.A  2013, has signed a pro contract to play with Basket Globalcaja Quintanar in Quintanar del Rey, Spain. He left for Europe on Sept. 1 and begins play soon. To read more, click here.

NEW GRAD COMBINES POLITICS AND SOCIAL JUSTICE
When John McCarthy, B.A. 2013, graduated with honors from Catholic University in May, he didn't need to look for a job. He was already the executive director of a national nonprofit. To read more, click here.
