ALUMNI RECEPTION CUA VS. DREW -- FEB. 2

GET READY FOR FAMILY BINGO -- FEB. 9
Saturday, Feb. 9, from 5 to 8 p.m., in the Food Court of the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center. The $25 family ticket ($30 for five or more family members) gets you pizza, snacks, cold drinks, bingo, and prizes. Beer and wine for purchase. Registration starts in January 2013.

ETERNAL ROME AND HISTORIC ASSISI TOUR -- MAY 20-25, 2013
The CUA Alumni Association invites all alumni and guests to join us on the Eternal Rome and Historic Assisi Tour -- May 20-25, 2013. Highlights of the trip include VIP tickets to the Papal Audience; visits and admissions fees for the Vatican Museums, the Coliseum, and Roman Forum; and professional guides throughout the tour. CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY NAMES NEW LAW SCHOOL DEAN

After an 18-month-long national search, The Catholic University of America has named Daniel F. Attridge of the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP as dean of the Columbus School of Law. The managing partner of Kirkland's Washington, D.C., office since 1998 and a partner in the firm since 1985, Attridge is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who has litigated cases before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels throughout the United States. new virtual campus tour and interactive map

The Catholic University of America unveiled a new online virtual tour for visitors and prospective students. The interactive map and virtual tour offers visitors a three-dimensional aerial view of campus, 68 panoramic photos, text descriptions of every building on campus, bus routes and schedules, and information on handicap accessible entrances. RECLAIM + REMAKE SYMPOSIUM --
APRIL 11-13

The School of Architecture and Planning's Center for Building Stewardship will present a three-day symposium on reuse and recycling of building materials. The conference will bring together the most innovative practices in design, education, and research for current and future reuse and recycling of material resources in the built environment. ATHLETICS UPDATE

CARDINALs MEN'S BASKETBALL maintain NO. 15 IN THE D3HOOPS.COM TOP 25 POLL

On the same day it moved to 8-1 with a 67-55 win over Randolph-Macon, CUA learned that it maintained its No.15 ranking in the D3Hoops.com Top-25 Poll, announced on Monday. CUA has now won three straight as the Cardinals enter their holiday break. To read more, click here.
