If you would like to donate personal property to Catholic University, please contact the Division of University Advancement at 202-319-6910. Some gifts require appraisal or advance approval in order to be accepted. Examples of gifts of property include books and manuscripts, art, musical instruments, computer hardware and software, furniture, and laboratory equipment.
All gifts of real estate require prior approval by Catholic University. A gift of real estate may be a principal residence or vacation home, a rental property, a commercial building, or a lot or land.
