            Please note the location.
            
            In support of the Cardinal Service Commitment, join the CUA Alumni Association as 
            we help the Capital Area Food Bank in their Northern Virginia warehouse. We will be 
            packing and/or sorting donated food. All of these tasks are considered light/medium 
            labor and typically involve standing up for up to three hours and lifting up to 35 pounds. 
            This activity will most likely take place in the warehouse, so please dress for the 
            weather and wear closed-toe shoes.
            
                                        The minimum age to volunteer is 12 years old.
                Anyone under 18 years old must bring a signed waiver with them.
                Everyone needs to wear closed-toe shoes.
                Please notify us as soon as possible if you must cancel your shift. 
                        Note: If the volunteer is under 18, we can send you a waiver.
